Q:  What is paragliding?

A: Paragliding is the simplest form of human flight. A paraglider is a free-flying, foot-launched aircraft. The pilot sits in a harness suspended below a fabric wing, whose shape is formed by its suspension lines and the pressure of air entering cells in the front of the wing. Paragliders are a glider and have no motor, and when folded they fit inside a backpack.
